On Sunday night, Jason's cousin Matt and his wife Kirstie stopped by at our place on their way to Canada. They brought their Wolf Hound, Baldur. He is the biggest dog I have ever seen in my life! He's also such a sweetie, and has an adorable face. We really enjoyed meeting him (and seeing Matt and Kirstie too!).
I tried to get a picture of him with our dogs. He totally dwarfs them!
Reder and Ruby liked to get him to chase them around. He obliged, but it was obvious he wasn't quite sure what to think of them. He is a smart dog too - our dogs will just chase the kids. Baldur will stop and try to anticipate where they are going in hopes of cutting them off. Funny!

When he gets a drink they have to wipe his beard, otherwise he gets water all over. Ruby is obviously intrigued.
They will be stopping for the night again on their way home, so we'll have another visit. It had been awhile since we had seen them, so this was great! Thanks for stopping, guys!
