There is an alpaca farm by our house, and last week they had a little program for kids. We went, but it was chillier than it should have been, and crazy windy. There were lots of alpaca babies, including one that had been born 2 hours prior to our arrival! The kids loved it.
There was a Mommy that had somehow gotten separated from her baby. She somehow latched onto Reder....did she think he was responsible, or that he was maybe her baby? Regardless, she made this high-pitched humming sound and circled around him in a craze. She wasn't acting threatening, and it sure made Reder giggle. Eventually someone chased her baby to her and all was well again. Fun morning!
