Ruby got her first haircut ever this week. It's not like her hair is filled-out yet, but the hair that is there is pretty long. It reminds me of when Wally was a baby and had some serious comb-overs. Anyway, I had a coupon for a new place in town called Cowlicks that does haircuts for kids. We decided to check it out while Reder was at preschool. They had an airplane chair she sat in, and she watched the Little Mermaid, so she was happy.
Here is the end result. It looks so much nicer. It's a little shorter and evened-out. And she still has her curls - in fact they're even more pronounced now that it's shorter. We had fun at this place - we'll go back!
