Contra Dancing

Today was a busy day, but the highlight was going to the Bozeman Children's Museum annual "Candy Heart Contra Dance." There was an all-youth Celtic Folk band, "Fiddle Dundee" and a semi-professional contra-dance caller. I think leading toddlers and random family groups in square dances was outside of his normal dance-calling, but he improvised and a great time was had by everyone. Plus there was MacKenzie River pizza, which makes happy kids.

We don't have any picture of us dancing (fortunately...) but we dis get some pictures of Ruby Dancing with Treyson, the neighbor boy. It was very cute. Reder was very jealous of Treyson, but Ruby wanted to dance with Treyson, not him.

And this is another picture of our neighborhood elk - they are still around. They sometimes go up the hill when the weather is nice, but they come back whenever it snows, and it was snowing this morning, so they were back. I counted 27 once this week.
