Super Sled Sunday

Super Bowl Sunday? Well, we aren't much for watching sports, but it is always fun to get together with friends. Chip and Sarah had us over to their house for the big event. Before the game started, we took advantage of the hill by their house for some sledding. Although it isn't football, I think sledding could be considered a sport. It was a highlight for us for sure.

Here is Chip making the inaugural descent down his hill (with his house to the right):
Reder loved it. He even enjoyed going by himself, and it was a pretty steep and crazy ride. Here is pulling him up the hill, he had to hold on tight:
But most of the time he had to climb the hill himself:
I think everyone had a good time going down the hill, even though most were not prepared for the >24" snow at the bottom.

Then we went inside and had some great food and good times with friends. And we even watched a little bit of football, but we left with two tired kids before half-time. We will have to have another sledding party sometime on their hill.
