After Reder's nap we went to the Museum for its Halloween party. We were able to see and touch (if they weren't so scary!) a snake, a giant tarantula, and a giant cockroach. The best part for Reder was watching all of the other kids in costume. There were some arts and crafts where Reder made a spider for Mommy. And Reder got a bag of treats as we left - including a scary plastic spider. Here are some pictures of Reder dressed up as a cowboy. Too bad he has outgrown his cowboy boots!

One funny thing while we were there- Whenever we go to the Museum Reder has always had to go see the Triceratops and the baby Triceratops sleeping next to it. One time we were there a security guard showed Reder where there was a frog hidden in the bushes. Since then Reder always has to go see the frog too. Today the frog wasn't there! He was about to cry about the missing frog but luckily mom spotted it in another location. Someone had moved it, but it seemed to make sense to Reder that the frog wouldn't always stay in the same place, so he was happy again.

Here is a picture of Ruby from today too. During dinner she was having a great time playing with her toys, shrieking and laughing at them. It made dinner much easier for us. Usually at dinner time she is getting very fussy and tired - her bedtime is still around 6PM.
