Easy as Pie?

Katie thinks that this is a funny saying because she says that there are lots of things easier than pie. But they also say that practice makes perfect, and she has been practicing a lot lately. A few weeks back she made a blog entry about fall making her want to bake. I'm not complaining about the end of summer! I have had a different pie every week for a long time now. Today was a traditional apple pie. I always say that there is no such thing as a bad pie, but there also isn't much better than Katie's pies!
