Yesterday was Reder's Christmas program. It was our first school Christmas program - we will probably have a dozen or more to look forward to.
The Elementary Choir was first, followed by fourth-graders with recorders, and then Kindergarten. They sang three songs, and Reder was obviously having a great time. He was all smiles and into all of the hand motions, etc.
We arrived only 15 minutes early (evidently people get there several hours early to get good seats) so we were in the back - standing room only. We cheated and left after the Kindergarten performance.
We are not going to be those parents who push our way to the front with a video camera. We were so far away that it was hard to get good photos, but with my F/1.8 lens I was able to get a couple photos (click on them for larger versions). Here is Reder, busy singing:
