Well, I don't think many people would consider baby rice-cereal real food, but is ruby's first food aside from milk. We tried to give Ruby some today for the first time. It went poorly, as expected, but we were both happy how well it really did go. Our past experience with Reder was much worse, but then we were mixing it with formula - which included dairy - which Reder is allergic to.
Ruby's first taste was pretty awful, but after that it became more interesting.
