Today was Jason's birthday. We didn't have huge plans, but we did get to sleep in past 7, yee-haw!
When Reder got up he made a list of what we should do today:

If you can't read it well it says "streamers on doorway" and "pie for food".
But we started out with some kind of lame birthday activities, like scrubbing my kitchen:
Decorated Jason's chair (this was Ruby's doing):
And Jason worked on the chicken coop:
My parents came over for a little party in the afternoon. Jason got some undies that say "who cut the cheese".
And some cheese, of course!
Oh yeah, and the kids and I got him a remote control helicopter but I forgot to put that picture on here. Reder loves it too, or course.
And then we enjoyed an early waffle dinner:
Since dinner was early we decided to go to Bozeman Hot Springs for a swim. Turns out it didn't open until 7 pm. Darn! So, we thought we would try going to Norris Hot Springs, which is about 20 miles from BHS along the Madison River. We'd never been there before but this was great. The pool was wooden, which was kind of unique.
The dome in the background is for live music which didn't start until 7 and we were out of there by 6:30.
And Ruby wanted to wear her cover up afterwards, which is great in the summer but not nearly enough in the winter but of course she would not hear of it.

All in all a great day!
