Jason said he would build me a coop for my chickens but past that he didn't want anything to do with them - I'm on my own.
The funny part about all of this though is that they LOVE him.....especially Patty (she is the dark red one in the middle). If she sees him she comes a'running! They don't do this with me....hmmm....guess he has a bunch of girlfriends!
They are getting more confident outside now and love it. Jason is working on their "run" but is not quite done, but we let them out there with us when we're working. They cluck to each other and peck around and seem to be having a jolly hold time! We love them!
